Returns and Refunds Policy for Vision Nomads

Thank you for shopping with Vision Nomads. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our blue light blocking glasses. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our Returns and Refunds Policy to understand how to return a product and receive a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at asimaberilo@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation, such as photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your return.
  3. Shipping the Return: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Inspection and Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error).
  • Rejected Refunds: If your return is rejected, we will notify you with a detailed explanation.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at asimaberilo@gmail.com to arrange the exchange.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
